Patrick specializes in providing buy-and sell-side advisory services to private equity and corporate clients as the EY Americas Strategy and Transactions Private Equity Leader. He focuses on assessing quality of earnings, cash flow forecasts, working capital targets, SEC reporting and GAAP accounting as well as purchase accounting, restructuring and integration efforts.
He has assisted private equity firms and their investees, the portfolio companies, across a wide spectrum of industries on M&A transactions.
Patrick also has relevant experience in assisting companies in accessing the capital markets through equity and debt offerings.
He is a licensed CPA in the state of New York and holds a MS in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in Economics from The College of the Holy Cross.
