As the EY US-East Region Vice Chair, Steve leads more than 14,000 professionals across all EY service lines, helping to deliver growth and foster a strong culture of belonging. He also serves as a Senior Advisory Partner and a Global Client Service Partner.
In his more than 30 years at the firm, Steve has advised clients across many sectors, including financial services, energy, and advanced manufacturing and mobility. He specializes in guiding organizations through difficult challenges, from complex accounting or regulatory matters, to optimizing functions and operating models, to advancing their business strategies.
Throughout his career, Steve has been a part of many large-scale talent, innovation and strategy projects and has served in a variety of internal leadership roles, including assurance practice leadership and firm committees.
Steve is known for his inclusive leadership and believes in cultivating a culture where embracing and celebrating differences is highly valued.
