Support Services careers: managing the transformation of our business

Support Services help our business run efficiently and effectively. They include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Administrative Support, Marketing, Knowledge and Business Development.

Whichever support service you join, you'll play an essential role in delivering our strategy of change around our global organisation. This means dealing with different cultures and people from different backgrounds every day, which will give you continually fresh challenges and rewarding work.



Our finance professionals are responsible for our organisation's financial integrity and the clear reporting of our results. Working in this team, you'll provide financial reporting that is accurate, consistent and compliant with global financial policies and principles, and local statutory rules and regulations.

You'll also work with other parts of the organisation, sharing your financial experience and insights to achieve specific goals. You'll get all the support you need to stay on top of regulations – and the advice and help you need to meet your own professional goals.

Information Technology


Working in one of our information technology teams you'll help to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure. You'll be part of a team that provides help desk, network and data centre services as well as workstation support, telecommunications and IT products.

In effect this means equipping our 212,000 employees worldwide with effective and efficient IT tools and services so that they can offer our clients the service they need.

Human Resources


Our human resource professionals develop and execute our people strategy, making them instrumental to our plans. Working with them you'll help provide the programs, measures and tools that help our employees achieve their personal and professional goals.

You might develop and implement strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, training tools, compensation, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes or other initiatives. You may work in a central function or be aligned to one of our service lines.

Whichever area of this service you join, you'll play an essential role in delivering our strategy of change across our global organisation. This means dealing with different cultures and people from different backgrounds every day, which will give you fresh challenges and rewarding work.

As part of our knowledge team, you'll make sure our client-serving professionals have access to the right people, tools and information to help their clients meet their business needs.

The knowledge team provides a wide range of services to better understand client businesses and business environments; create and manage organisation-wide business tools and processes to share important information, and advise people and teams on how to effectively use the content and tools that exist.
